Cyrogen Spray Repairs

Is the Cryogen spray system on your Candela laser not spraying correctly? Or maybe it won’t stop spraying. We will troubleshoot your laser equipment to determine if you have a broken cryogen cap, a broken valve, broken dispenser or if it is just a matter of the cryogen being contaminated. Depending on what the cause is for your cryogen system to malfunction, will repair and/or replace the proper components and possible the interior components of your handpiece depending on the extent of the damage.

Candela Fiber Repairs

We carry Candela OEM fibers for the GentleLase and GentleYAG and can replace them for a fraction of the cost that the manufacturer would charge for this service. Sizes include 8/10/12/15/18mm depending on equipment. These are fiber optic cables which are made of glass to transmit laser light from one point to another. Unfortunately if the fiber is bent it will easily break. We can replace fibers within 24 hours and have these parts in stock facilitate fast turns.
